BUYING NEW OR PRELOVED ITEMS

Can I buy directly instead of renting?

Yes, you can purchase the items directly on our website by selecting the 'BUY' option or visiting our stores in Berlin and Loireauxence.

Additionally, if you choose to rent first, you'll have the option to buy later at a discounted price.

Why am I unable to purchase certain items?

Some items don’t have a purchase option because their owners prefer to rent them out rather than sell them. While they may not wear them often, they still feel attached to them.

What is the "Make an offer" button?

For items available for purchase, you can submit an offer with your desired purchase price. We will review your offer and respond with either an acceptance, counteroffer, or decline.

Please note that if your offer is accepted, the transaction will be final, and returns will not be permitted.

How can I choose the right size for me?

All our sizes follow the European sizing system. To find your perfect fit, check our Size Guide, which includes a conversion chart for major country size systems. You'll find it on each product page. When available, you can also refer to the item's measurements for added accuracy.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • All major credit cards (as displayed at checkout)
  • PayPal (you can create an account during checkout if you don’t have one)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay
  • Klarna

Please ensure that your billing address matches the one on your credit card statement.

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?

Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed.

  • National orders normally arrive within 2-4 days of shipping.
  • European orders normally arrive within 4-8 days of shipping.
  • International orders normally arrive within 7-10 days of shipping.

Please note that International orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order online, you can track its status, follow its preparation, and receive shipping updates in the My Account area. Additionally, once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number from our carrier.

How can I return an order?

Returns are not possible for items purchased directly in stores. However, for online purchases, you have up to 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. You can do so through your profile on our website, by emailing us at hello@co-dressing.com, or via WhatsApp at +176 80063986.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. Please note that we do not currently offer free returns—the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return costs are as follows:

  • National orders: 8€
  • European orders: 18€
  • International orders: 28€

After we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process your refund within 10 days.

For international orders, we recommend marking your package as "returned goods" to avoid additional duties. Also, please keep proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Can I cancel an order?

Of course! You can cancel an order within one hour of placing it. After that, cancellation is no longer possible, as your order will already be in preparation. You'll need to wait for it to be shipped before initiating a return.
