When does my membership start?
As we depend on carriers, your membership is starting the day your parcel arrives at your place or at a pick-up point.
We do our best to respect the period on the order confirmation.
What should I do if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
Either you can swap the next month or you can request to return the item within 48h after receiving the order (but don’t cut the label in this case).

How do I clean my items?
No need to wash the items before returning them, we clean for you!
However, if you want to clean an item in the middle of the month, they all have care instructions on the label. Please follow strictly the instructions.
When can I swap/buy or stop?
We will send you an email at the end of the rental period. You will be able to swap/extend the rental/return the items or buy them at a discounted price!
Where do you deliver?
We ship mainly to Germany and France, but we can also ship to other countries in the European Union.
