ONE-TIME RENTALS

I want to rent for an occasion. How does it work?

Pretty simple! Browse our website, pick an item you love, and choose your rental period—4, 8, 16, 30 days, or up to 3 months for seasonal pieces like coats. Once you've made your selection, simply confirm your order.

You can collect your order from our store in Berlin or our pop-up store in France (if available), or have it conveniently delivered to your address.

At the end of your rental, you’ll receive an email with a purchase offer. If you choose not to buy, just return your order to our store or drop it off at a parcel shop using the pre-paid return label.

How long can I keep the items?

You may wear your rental items until the final day of your rental period. They must be returned to our store or shipped back by the last rental day, or by the next business day if it falls on a Sunday or bank holiday.

Late returns may result in a penalty fee, as they may affect the next scheduled rental.

Do I have to clean the items at the end of a rental?

Cleaning is not required, as our service includes professional cleaning after each rental. However, if you wish to clean an item during your rental, please refer to the care instructions on the item's label or its page on our website.

What is the purchase option?

Most of our items are available for purchase! Once your rental ends, you'll receive an email with a special discounted price for the items you rented. You can buy them online or in-store and keep them forever if you’ve fallen in love with them!

How can I choose the right size for me?

All our sizes follow the European sizing system. To find your perfect fit, check our Size Guide, which includes a conversion chart for major country size systems. You'll find it on each product page. When available, you can also refer to the item's measurements for added accuracy.

Can I try on an item before renting it?

Of course! You’re welcome to visit our store in Berlin or Loireauxence to try on the item before renting it. Alternatively, you can choose the "Try it before at home" option on our website.

Are alterations possible?

Yes! We offer a tailoring service. You can visit our store in Berlin or Loireauxence for semi-permanent alterations when renting or permanent alterations if purchasing. Alterations typically take up to a week and come at an additional cost. Prices start at €5, depending on the complexity of the work.

Can I book a private styling consultation?

Of course! If you need help finding the right outfit for the right occasion, we’d love to assist you. You can book an appointment in Berlin or Loireauxence anytime from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Feel free to schedule your visit right here.

How far in advance can I reserve an item?

You can reserve items up to six months in advance, depending on availability, while wedding dresses can be booked up to one year ahead.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods for online purchases:

  • All major credit cards (as displayed at checkout)
  • PayPal (you can create an account during checkout if you don’t have one)
  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay
  • Klarna

Please ensure that your billing address matches the one on your credit card statement.

How long does an order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched between 1-3 days from the date of the order being placed.

  • National orders normally arrive within 2-4 days of shipping.
  • European orders normally arrive within 4-8 days of shipping.

Rentals can only be delivered within the European Union. Once your order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the delivery speed once the package is in transit. For the most accurate updates on your order's location and estimated delivery date, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order online, you can track its status, follow its preparation, and receive shipping updates in the My Account area. Additionally, once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number from our carrier.

What if an item doesn't fit?

If an item doesn’t fit, you can request a refund. You’ll receive a full refund, minus the delivery fee. The delivery fee will be credited to your account, which you can use towards a future rental.

To request a return, please do so on the first day you receive the rental. The item must be posted back the following day, and the labels should not be removed. Late returns may affect your eligibility for a refund.

How to return my items?

You can easily return your rental by dropping it off at our stores in Berlin or Loireauxence.

If you prefer to ship it back, simply use the prepaid return label included in your parcel and drop it off at the nearest pick-up point.

What happens if I damage an item or if an item gets lost?

Minor damages are included in the rental price. Once your rental is returned and passes our quality check, if the damages are significant, we will reach out to offer the option to either cover the repair costs or purchase the item. In the event that the item is stolen, we will request that you buy the item.

What is the Damage Rental Protection?

Worried about damage during your rental? With our damage protection, repairs such as broken zips, clasps, closures, missing beads, and minor stain removal up to €50 are covered. Lost or stolen items are not included (EUR 10.00).

Can I cancel my rental?

No problem! We understand that plans can change. Your rental will be partially refunded, with a 30% cancellation fee, as the item was reserved specifically for you. If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental, unfortunately, the order will not be refunded.
