A royal blue sleeveless mini dress built around two strong ideas: an asymmetric draped neckline that folds and crosses at the collarbone, and open cut-outs at both sides of the waist that break the silhouette cleanly in two. The fitted bodice gives way to a ruffled chiffon skirt with side ribbon ties that add movement and volume at the hip. A runway piece from the Spring/Summer 2011 collection.
